When Speed's brother falls victim to the malevolent forces of corruption within the racing leagues, he forms an alliance with law enforcement and the enigmatic Racer X. Their mission: to eradicate the corruption and put a stop to the illegal operations. The film draws inspiration from the classic animated series.
